We meet Rachael Robinson and Letitia Sutherland Napaltjarri, two interns with the CareerTrackers Indigenous Internship Program: an Australian non-profit organisation that supports Indigenous young adults to attend and graduate from university. Letitia and Rachael share their own stories of joining the program and working with us at BlueScope. They're joined in the episode by Horace Cavallaro, Technical Manager at our Springhill facility, who gives his perspective of collaborating with interns on various projects.
