Voices of BlueScope
13. The Apprenticeship Experience
We meet four people at the Port Kembla Steelworks in Australia, who are working in electrical and mechanical roles. Aidan Grindle, Bradley Heino, Naomi Alves and Stuart Kerr are at different stages of their careers but they each have one thing in common: they all started at BlueScope as apprentices. In each interview, they explain what it means to train as an apprentice or learn a trade and where it has taken them.
